Goodbye Hard Cast!
Today we went to the doctor’s office and got Cora’s cast off and her pins out. I will admit I was crying a bit when they pulled the pins out. They did not look fun at all and were bigger than I expected. We have 3 days in a soft cast and then have to avoid water for 7-10 days. The doctor said she would be able to bend and straighten her arm fully in 3-4 weeks.
We kept the pins so if anyone is interested to see them, let me know!
Cora’s Arm
Everything is healing great and we are set to get the cast off on June 22. Here are some pictures of what is under the cast currently.
