My Garden Helpers
Last night while Cora and Amy were at a dance rehearsal, the boys and I headed over to the school garden and removed 7 lawn bags of weeds and also picked some garlic (as seen). We had a great system in place. I loosened the weeds withy pick axe, Evan then raked everything into a pile, and Will then bagged the piles.

Happy Father’s Day From Evan and Cora
We talked to the kids about how they wanted to spend Father’s Day since they technically do not really have a father. We decided to do fun things as a family so they kids chose going to a pool and then mini golf. We also woke up to breakfast in bed thanks to Evan (cinnamon toast and a chocolate mini donut) and then he and Cora made signs for us.

The Kids and Their Babysitter
When the twins were born – we had a babysitter with us most days for 8 hours to help. She just started high school at the time – and today we celebrated her college graduation!

Happy 90th Birthday Papa
For the kids’ great grandfather’s 90th birthday – we flew to Florida and spent a few days with him. The kids loved spending time with him, even though he was at rehab and not at home.

Last Day of Kindergarten
It was a big day here for Cora and Will – the last day of Kindergarten. I could not help myself so I met them at the school as they exited. Here comes summer (and first grade!)

New Playset
Amy and I surprised the kids with a new fun playlet for the backyard. They all loved the rusty metal swingset at our old house and it was time they had something at the new house. Evan almost cried when he saw it and the other two could not get out to the backyard soon enough.
