Evan and I decided to head over to the annual “Big Trucks” day in Palatine to check out some of the big trucks we see everyday. The city puts this on and allows kids to sit in, touch, etc all kinds of big trucks..from ambulances to garbage trucks to cranes, to school busses. Evan’s favorite was the school bus – after he put his seat belt on (that was his main concern). We had a good time and look forward to going back next year!
